UPDATE October 2017:
Insys Founder and former CEO, John N. Kapoor, was arrested and charged with leading a nationwide conspiracy to profit by using bribes and fraud to illegally distribute the company’s prescription fentanyl spray called Subsys. Kapoor has yet to enter a plea.
